Children’s Lighthouse: A Texas Franchise Debuts in Virginia

Loveless Porter is proud to have served as the architect and construction manager for the first Children’s Lighthouse Early Learning Schools™ in Virginia, helping a longtime Loudoun County couple achieve their dream of entrepreneurship. Owner Jagadeesh Putchala explained he chose to open a franchise of the Texas-based preschool because of its reputation and well-designed curriculum.

When working with franchisee clients, Loveless Porter seeks to individualize a property within the perimeters of corporate building and brand guidelines. This preschool project was no different, as we got to know the Putchalas and their vision for the new business, immersed ourselves in Children’s Lighthouse requirements, and applied our years of experience in daycare design. If you find yourself in Chantilly, keep an eye out for the lighthouse that now sits proudly on Defender Drive.
